RESTRICTIONS ON ACCESS AND USE
Adult Audience Only.In order to use the Site you must be 18 years of age or older. We restrict our Site and communications to individuals who have certified that:

WHY WE COLLECT
The Site is operated for the purpose of engaging tobacco and vapor rights advocacy among adult tobacco and vapor consumers, retailers, and tobacco and vapor rights advocates, including to provide information and resources to such consumers, retailers and advocates who are interested in legislative, regulatory, or other issues related to tobacco and/or vapor products and to provide a platform for discussion to such consumers, retailers and advocates. We collect information to serve these purposes, including to provide you with the information you request, or which we feel may interest you, if you have agreed to be contacted for such purposes, to administer, operate and improve the Site, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so, to conduct analysis, to provide content that matches your preference and to administer our activation campaigns, surveys, polls, and other events related to the purpose of this Site.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Personal Information. “Personal information” is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact an individual. We collect information about you directly from you and your devices. The types of personal information we collect, include:
- Name
- Phone or mobile number
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Age
- Social media information (e.g., ID/username, profile picture, gender, age range)
There are a number of ways in which you may provide us with, and consent to our collection of, certain personal information, including:
- Accessing the Site.When you access the Site, we may collect name, date of birth or age, email address, phone number, and physical address.

- Submitting Content to the Site.When you use the Site, we store, process and transmit content you post or submit to the Site (including things like your survey responses, comments on message boards, photos you upload) and information related to them (for example, location tags in photos). This will make it easy for you to do things like share items/materials, post messages, and respond to calls to action and other information on the Site.

- Location Information.We or our service providers may receive or infer information about your location from a variety of sources. Information From Third Parties. We also receive information about you from third parties. We receive information about you from third parties that provide services for us in connection with the Site and third parties to whom you have provided information. We may receive information relating to your use of the Site (e.g., from our analytics services provider) or location-related information (e.g., such as voting districts). We may combine the information we receive from these third parties with information we collect through the Site. Information and Social Media. You can engage with us using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook or Twitter). If you contact us on one of our social media platforms, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. Your interactions with us are governed by this Privacy Policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use. Our Site may also include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and Twitter widgets. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you’re visiting on our Site. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party. WHO WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION WITH
Our Affiliates. Reynolds American Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiaries, such as R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, share and disclose information with each other; therefore, your personal information may be shared and disclosed by and between Reynolds American Inc.’s affiliates and subsidiaries. Those subsidiaries and affiliates are American Snuff Company, LLC; Niconovum USA, Inc.; R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company; R. J. Reynolds Vapor Company; and Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc. (and other subsidiaries or affiliates that may be added after the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy).
Others Working for Us. Sometimes it is necessary for us to share your information with third parties that perform services for us. For example, we may disclose your personal information and other information we collect to protect the security and integrity of our Site, to correct technical problems and malfunctions on our Site, to process your information, and to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Site and services. When we contract with other parties to help us conduct our business, we do not permit them to use or store your personal information for any purpose other than the work they are doing on our behalf or as required by law.
Certain Mobile Carriers. If you request services via a mobile device, your request will be transmitted via your mobile carrier’s network and your carrier may have access to it. Consult your carrier’s privacy policy for additional information.
Other Adult Tobacco and/or Vapor Consumers. The Site may provide you the opportunity to post comments, ideas, photos, messages and other content. When you post such content, it may be viewed by the public, including other users.
Legislators, Government Officials or Policymakers. Our Site will use a number of activation methods and tools to meet the purpose of the Site. For example, we may use a petition as a campaigning tool. If you sign a petition using your personal information, then you should be aware that some of that information may be presented to petition targets, such as legislators, government officials and/or policymakers. Likewise, if you sign up to one of our activation tools (e.g., make a phone call or send a Tweet), then we will collect information (such as your phone number or Twitter information) related to such activity.
Other Third-Parties.
